How are you better than GoIP / Yeastar / Dinstar? +
They’re enterprise racks ($200-2000) for server rooms. VoiceGate is a compact GSM gateway ($59-229) for your desk. Different form factor, different audience, different price. We don’t compete in data centers — we make GSM gateways accessible for SMB and individuals.
What load can a single SIM handle? +
Comfortable load for regular corporate use is 200-300 calls per day per SIM (a team of 5-10 people). For higher volume, use multiple devices with different SIMs and distribute via PBX. Each device is a separate voice channel.
Does it work in my country? +
The device works wherever 4G/LTE is available. Confirmed regions: EU, UK, US, Turkey, UAE, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Indonesia, India, and most CIS countries. In EU and UK, 3G is shut down — use the Pro version with eSIM/LTE.
Is there an API for CRM integration? +
Yes. REST API for device management (start/stop calls, status, statistics). Webhooks for events (incoming call, completion, SMS). Out-of-the-box integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive via SIP trunk.
Is this legal? +
Using your own SIMs for your own needs (office, call center, personal calls) is legal in all supported countries. Illegal: selling minutes to third parties (bypassing international termination) — prohibited by EULA. Commercial termination requires a carrier license.
Which modems are supported? +
3G: Huawei E173, E1550, E303, E3131, E3531. 4G/LTE: Huawei E3372, E8372, E3272, ZTE MF79U, MF823. If your modem isn’t listed — contact support, we’ll add it to the firmware.
How do I record calls? +
Recording happens on your SIP server side (Asterisk MixMonitor, FreePBX Call Recording). VoiceGate only relays the stream — it doesn’t store audio. GDPR-compliant, full control on your side.
